They are the best what they do. This site manager, Shawn is highly knowledgeable, responsive and he responded every time I called. Try other storage places and I guarantee 9 out of 10 will not answer. And if you leave message they may call you in a day or so, if you lucky. Shawn the site manager goes out of his way to help his customers. I wish I can find manager like him for my business. Extra Space Storage at this location is fortunate to have such a qualified site manager.
Shawn Willis/Asst. Mgr is totally awesome here at the Moreno Valley location. My storage unit is over 500 miles away and I needed to make several payments at once and Shawn took care of me in minutes a total lifesaver. He even took it a step further and contacted the location to ensure that everything was taken care of! I will totally refer all my friends and colleagues to Shawn here in Moreno Valley! Exceeded my expectations! Thank you again Shawn!

I was apprehensive at first but Kori was super accommodating and gave me a unit in a safe, convenient, and well lit area. Safety is such a big factor for me especially coming here alone or at night but she reassured me that my belongings were secure here. I'm so glad I ended coming here to get my storage.

Best experience ever! Korie is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us happy! Our storage unit is so clean just like the facility. Even with everything going on we're about to get all our questions answered and have easy access to get to our storage. Have been to a few other storage facilities in Moreno Valley and this one is by far the best one!

Michael was awesome!! He helped my wife get set up and everything was so quick & easy! Despite the Corona virus life goes on and we were needing to store my mother-in-laws items due to relocating her to a safer place. If anyone in the Moreno Valley needing storage come check them out! Reasonable and professional

I just cleaned out my unit after 9 years. The complex is always so clean. I needed help with large items that needed to go to the dump. I spoke to Michael Cramer the assistant manager about the removal of those items. He recommended Hugo who took care of them for a very small fee. I have been totally satisfied with this location.
Korie provided a great service and information . I was quoted a great rate. I will definitely be recommending extra storage to my friends and family, thanks again Korie
