I recommend everything about Extra Space Storage. They have outstanding employees that follow up and through when I have special request, the communication is prompt and very friendly and they move with a sense of urgency. I also love how they will give you up and close personal reminders for the ones like myself that tend to accidentally overlook due dates. I am very happy overall with the service and I highly recommend Kapolei Extra Space Storage 100%

The people are very professional and courteous. Raichelle has helped me with setting up my unit and just recently with a referral customer that was was looking for a unit and the customer is all set to go tomorrow with moving into her unit! i personally hav dealt with Raichelle and one other woman who I cannot remember her name, but the personal I have dealt with will keep me there will my storage needs and I will continue to refer them to anyone that needs any storage help.
