I have been back here 2 times before to store various things. Now I am back for a 3rd. The manager was very understanding of my needs and the size unit I wanted. She showed me one, but it didn't seem right. She showed me a second and I'm happy as a lark! Great customer service! With that being said, no everything can't be peaches and cream, through and through right!? A.) Been with your company for over a decade. Always have had a great experience and relationship with all of your employees. The only disappointment I've had is a recent price increase that was not given a prior notice. If a longtime loyal customer discount could be applied would be great.

Workers were very kind and helpful. I made a mistake booking a storage unit without realizing that the previous unit I was in had high ceilings and realized that my items were not going to fit in the unit I just signed a contract for. I called them the next day and they were more than willing to help me and cancel the contract.

The staff is super friendly, and super helpful. They accommodated every need I had . We all look for the cheapest price to store our stuff or the best deals to afford a storage unit. EXTRA SPACE HAS ALL THAT GOOD STUFF. It was ultimately better than going to public storage company. This is just my point of view.
