Jena Roman the Assistant Manager was very kind, helpful and knowledgable. Any questions we had, she answered quickly and with confidence. Another storage place quoted me 3x the amount I was quoted here, I was in shock...So I'm glad i stopped by. The only complaint I have so far is the office hours, I wish theyd open a little earlier.

Sheri was really great when I signed up! Since I just moved to Oahu she even offered to answer any questions relating to the island life itself. The facility is really clean and cared for and seems really secure. A couple of days after I moved stuff in, staff member Hannah called me because she noticed I hadn't put a lock on my unit and it was important to do so right away, which I did. I stopped by the office afterward and met both Hannah and Nancy who were super cheerful and helpful. Plenty of Aloha spirit here!
We wanted to change our storage unit location to a downstairs for our convenience. We had great customer service with Hannah. She showed us the new unit before hand and offered great suggestions. Thank you for taking care of us!
Awesome customer service! Sheri and Nancy greeted as we walked in the door. Sheri explained the first free month policy as well as took us to see "our" storage! Big Mahalo to Sheri and Nancy for their help and Aloha!

Phone wait was a bit long but after that the customer service I received is amazing. They are the cheapest I could find in the area with the right amount of space. Not too big nor too small. I dropped by when they were about to have a managers meeting, having to be around a lot of them one gentleman stood out and started a friendly conversation.
