My experience with this company was amazing. Sheri Manlapit is a true professional and provided the best customer service a person could ever ask for. I explained my moving situation to Sheri and she had me in a storage unit within minutes. I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs and I would highly recommend that you speak with Sheri.
I store my things with this location which is 18 miles away from where I live, because of the staff. Their friendly and always accommodating they always look for a solution should a problem arise. Also the property is clean.
Super easy to find. Conveniently located in Kapolei behind the Craw Fish and Crab Shack. Friendly professional staff went above and beyond. She showed me 3 different sized units. Answered all my questions. Great price for the size of my unit!
Josilyn was very friendly and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable. The place was clean and organized inside the office.

Very clean and well cared for facility! As a female I always feel safe when I am accessing my unit due to onsite security. Office personnel is always friendly and helpful.

Extra Space Storage is 12 min. away from where I live, staff is awesome, especially Jenna. Storage units (2) are clean and easily accessed, parking is always available close by. I found cheaper units elsewhere but I like the friendly staff so I'm staying here for awhile. Units are always clean, usually see the staff around cleaning or sweeping, checking to see if everything's ok.
