This location is excellent! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The property and the space is very, very clean. When we wanted to downsize because we had eliminated some items from storage, they were very helpful to find a smaller space for us.

Have had the unit less than a month, but so far so good. It's clean and our unit is very conveniently located. Using the free (you pay only for gas) move in truck was really handy and saved us many trips to get our stuff to the unit. The truck is huge!

When we were moving out to Hawaii from the mainland it was going to cost around $5000 to hire movers and get our stuff out here. Being pretty pretty cheap, I thought. "there's got to be a better way!" So I started to call UPS stores, storages facilities and everything in-between to see if they could receive packages and store them for more than a few days (we were traveling between moving-out and moving-in (long story)). This place is horrible. Rats playing in ceiling. Seen 3 big ones running on the top and it was only my first day moving in. At night, property feels unsafe. No cameras. To top it off, the manager who lives on property is rude. Zero customer service and attitude like she hates her job. She gave off an attitude the moment I walked in. Pilau

STAY AWAY!!! Consistent price gouging. I have the smaller unit and without warning they jump the price from $200 to $340. Don't make the same mistake I did in giving this place your business.

When we first reserved our unit, customer service was nice and moving our items in was easy and convenient. We have only been storing our items for a month and we came to grab a couple items we needed and we immediately found rodent droppings and pee. Our items are now dirty and some have been damaged. This place is not clean. We found an alive rat in the unit as we were leaving but it ran before we could get a photo. Extra space business philosophy needs to be exposed. I am a frequent user of the service at extra space - from coast to coast - I have / had units in WA, NV, CT, CA and others. 3 units at a time at WA location. My issue? Every three months - like clockwork the first rate increase hits. Then about month 5 another rate increase. So in a year you begin with one price and end up with two increases and not modest either. Everything to start was just fine, essentially the rate i was looking for, clean and accessible. several months in after you are nice and comfortable with your things in storage(or can't take in back out anymore) they send you notice of an increase in monthly rate. And after reading another review on here i should be expecting more. Log onto the website and they are still renting my same unit for the original price. You can get lured in with the introductory rate, but they will increase your rate at five months, then nine months and then every nine months after that. Supposedly company policy. Storage units are clean. Customer service is minor especially if you mention you are about to move. They will not let you know in advance to specifically request a stop to your automatic billing, and if you are billed then the unit is yours for the month because they don't refund.
