It was very good, the only thing is that staff didn’t give me a map and when I got into the facility I was lost. I didn’t know where the stairs was and my storage as well. I ended up call the number but was taken to a call service representative so I ended up hanging up and trying to call the actual facility which I did and I had to ask for help while I was there!
Very good customer service and unit was clean.
The Staff was courteous and clean.. As well as the facility being the same .. .

I submitted and online inquiry over a weekend and they quickly responded with details about the rental. I went to the location within 15 minutes of that call and everything was set up and ready to move in within a few minutes. I’m so glad their units are accessible via a lift and they have a few trolleys available for use to help you move in.

We have two units and it works great for our family. Like I mentioned, the staff is very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. The prices are reasonable especially the online ones. I recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs extra space. Mahalo!
