Well I didn't actually rent a space from this facility, but only because it was too far a drive from town. They definitely have the best rates. Anyway, I reserved a space online, but ended up getting one closer to my home. I accidentally paid for this spot instead of the other, & was scared I'd be charged twice. Chelle answered the phone, & she was very friendly and helpful. She made sure my card was refunded the same day. No fuss. I was very happy with her help & the service I received.

Well, the place is pretty clean and nice. However my unit was broken in, and due to the fact I working in oversea I could not go over what lost until 1.5 years later. Some computer equipment been taken. I end up need to pay them to replace the lock and also seems the company does not offer any courtesy compensation as the incident in the process of try to file paper work with my home owner insurance.

Angelina was the absolute best at Extra Space. She really made an effort to understand and meet our needs and made moving out as easy as possible. Combine that with her friendly and welcoming personality and you have an employee that's hard to beat.  We would rent with Extra Space again in the future because of her! Mahalo Angelina for your time and your assistance - you rock!

I came her one afternoon to look for storage space although the size I was looking for was not available I was impressed by the customer service I experienced. I wish I got her name but she took me around to look at several sizes. It is clean and temperature controlled. It's just too bad that there wasn't any size that could fit my sectional and several accent chairs. Regardless she took my name and number down to let me know when one becomes available.

So far all I've done at this location was visit, choose an unit and do the paperwork BUT so far so good! I chose this particular location because of the employees who have assisted me so far. When I first called I spoke to a Jocelyn who was most friendly even though I was not even close to signing a contract at that time. When I visited, Jessica was on duty and she was a big beautiful breath of sunshine which I have not encountered much since landing on this rock! I was very impressed by the quick and efficient service. The on-line storage rental was easy to fill out. I receive a call by a rep. The very next day, she gave me clear instructions on where to go and what to do. I went by the storage put in my code and with the help of the rep. It went easy. To some people that may not be impressive. However, with the COVID 19 pandemic that assure me that I can still get excellent service and still be safe. Live aloha

I was greeted well when I arrived and was quickly shown all the sizes of what I was looking for. My customer aka guide was very informative and I was little disoriented because I just didn't know where I was. After I purchased my desired size I made sure I went to their website to check out the specials and yes I did get it online.
