Not only did I find affordable storage with easy access, but Kristina is amazing and I thought very highly of her customer service. She did an amazing job, very friendly. She was also very sanitary and extra clean, she washed door handles after I touched them, considering the pandemic this made me very happy and comfortable.

I have had a great experience with Jenny and the staff at Extra Storage. It is very clean and is easy to get in and out. I was very impressed with their service because two different times I went over there to store some things I forgot to lock my unit properly and they do a check of every unit to make sure the units are locked. They called me up and I came over and relocked my unit. Jenny and her staff are the best.

I was shopping around last week for a small unit, Jenny was prompt with a follow up to see what my needs were when I submitted my inquiry. The entire property was dust free and spotless! The unit was extremely clean upon move in, and a week later she called to check up to see if there was anything else she could help me with or if I had any questions or concerns!!! Jenny is customer service at its finest!! I feel confident that my belongings are in great hands!! Thanks Jenny!

We rented a storage unit from Extra Space from December 2014 to August 2017. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. If you appreciate excellent customer service and employees who take pride in their work, this is the self storage place for you!! Not only are the units, hallways, bathroom and office incredibly clean, Jenny and Sean (who we dealt with mostly) are accommodating and professional making sure that this easiest and most convenient experience possible.
