We rented a storage unit from Extra Space from December 2014 to August 2017. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. If you appreciate excellent customer service and employees who take pride in their work, this is the self storage place for you!! Not only are the units, hallways, bathroom and office incredibly clean, Jenny and Sean (who we dealt with mostly) are accommodating and professional making sure that this easiest and most convenient experience possible.
AMAZING experience here. I called for a same-day unit and immediately I had a reservation and instructions for what to do when I got there. I arrived at the location about an hour later and Andy helped up through the entire process. He showed me to the (immaculately clean) unit and gave me all associated instructions and rules. There is no better storage venue. Super secure, cameras everywhere, keycodes required at vehicular entry and to enter the building. Climate Controlled and Clean. I'm so happy I went with these guys

Haven't had a storage in a very long time. Difficult to decide where to keep your belongings. I kept driving by this place. Looked clean and maintained. The staff who setup my account, was helpful and showed like she enjoyed her job. Not like most places where they roll their eyes or show a piece of paper of all units. I was given a tour of the place and shown the ins and outs of the gates and security system they use. Makes me feel like my things will be kept secure.
