Great place. Love that they have climate controlled units. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Direct quote from the manager "Break ins happen all the time " Begs the question why we pay extra for this additional security. Thieves climb over the walls. The fourth floor is compromised. Extra space will not notifed customers when a break in has occurred which they used to do but in the last three years changed that practice. We only learned there had been multiple break ins after research after our unit was burgled. Management on site is apathetic and not easy to get ahold of.

Love the climate control, hate the price. Several increases over the years. And to top it off son's unit was broken into and stuff stolen. While waiting for police to arrive to file report he found another gentleman waiting for the police as well.

COMPLETELY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I just got a notice that the rent on my space is going up by 50% after renting for 3 months. From $198 to $298. I called thinking an error had been made... but then was told that since the units are rented month to month, they evaluate what the going rate is and increase every month if they are currently renting units for more money. This company is a total PIRATE! Huge rate increased every 6 months with 30 day notice. A unit that was 110 4 years ago they charge 235!!! CALIFORNIA MAGGOTS

This is BS our storage on Elkhorn was terrible,problem was it wasn't in my name so I couldn't do anything at the time now I lost what's left .anyways cpl months ago I went to the storage unit, first the women there were terribly mean ,but gets worse I showed up one super hot day to get stuff out and put some in ,we'll the very first tote I was looking in I stopped yanked my hand out and noticed something moving,I thought I felt something when hand was in there ,all the sudden I lift the tote so I could use the sun to see .an... read more
