I'll start off by saying I have never used a storage service before, so maybe I had unrealistic expectations. I have a small 5x5 unit because I simply want a small amount of long-term storage, and I bought a unit on an upper floor as I was warned that they've had flooding in the past due to plumbing issues that have since been fixed, but I take no chances when it comes to water. The price was right, the conveniences and cleanliness were as expected, and the front desk attendant was kind and helpful. The security system is thorough with gate codes, individual alarms, and cameras near the elevators. The elevators themselves were super handy. I loved having an indoor storage unit so that there was less chance of weather related issues. However... Several homeless LIVE in their units at this facility. Well my African American brothers and sisters please read this review and try to understand it for what it is. After only one day in this storage unit, having just returned from a long road trip and transitioning into a long term relationship, needing time to organize things I was met with leering and pretty much discriminatory behavior from staff.
