I would give this business less than zero stars if I could. Without notice, my monthly payments for my storage unit increased from $60-$100. This is without notice. When I went in to cancel my unit, the person at the front desk told me that they had sent me notice. This is 100% false. One thing I've learned in life is that it's best to avoid the corporate chain version of any business, because they always pretty much slurp. And as it turns out, that's definitely true of corporate storage-- these Extra Space clowns wanted to charge me $20 for a lock even though I told them I have my own. Unit was broken into and the facility is less than helpful. Where is the security? How can someone come into the facility during business hours and constantly rip it off? Hidden amongst the 5 star reviews you can find the REAL reviews of this place. Many break ins and less than stellar reviews. This place is NOT secure nor safe. And if a break in happens, you are on your own! Of course the rates go up constantly, no surprise there!

My son's unit was broken into and everything worth anything was stolen. Police showed up to file a police report. While my son was waiting for police another gentleman was also waiting for the police because his unit was broken into also. No apologies from the manager. Manager seemed not to give a darn. Still was charged for rent same day. Not to mention how expensive the rental unit is and the several price increases over the years. Do not recommend.

The storage facility itself is really nice as is management, but I've only had my unit for 4 months, and they've already raised the rent by $80. I've got quite a bit of stuff stored, so it's not super easy to just load up and move, although I'd like to.

Not a great experience. Had some Christmas gifts I was keeping out of the house stolen from my unit 9 days into moving in. Was told from the facility manager that I would receive a phone call regarding the theft within 24 hours. It's been 10 days since that interaction and haven't received a call, email or message of any kind. Facility is clean and modern and I can understand theft happening but the lack of follow up clearly shows they could care less when it happens.

I don't recommend. Though The facility is nice they claim because of real estate prices, hey were justified in raising their rates. Their rates are more expensive then their web site will state. If you are still considering them, you should probably call them.

If you want to end up paying $200 a month for a 5x10 unit after a few years of rate increase after increase after increase, go here. Trash. Lost my business.

Check other places nearby first!!! Many of the storage units around this area are renting their same-sized spaces for about $50 less a month. My girlfriend signed up over the phone and I stop by the unit, buy a lock off them the next day and hours later they are telling me that they won't let us out of our lease for the month and we hadn't even moved our stuff in.
