I've stored things here for the past two years and this facility has always been top notch. Not only do they have plenty of storage spaces at reasonable prices but when I moved my stuff into the unit-they had a truck that I could use which really helped to make my move a lot easier. The place is always clean and there are hand carts and elevators to make things easy for you. The staff has never been anything less than friendly and I have been nothing less than a happy customer.

Great service, Jenna and Reuben were both helpful in my storage needs. Literally received calls from both of them within 30min from reserving online. It is clean...you can believe the reviews on that!!! easily accessible, great rates.

the employee's are very helpful very friendly and kind. i had trouble with lots of different places and they were way too pricy and dirty and had no lights so that you may see when come at night no ac and had things hovering over the side of the unit from someone else's!! but when i found *****extra space storage***** it was amazingly clean and it is very well clean kept, has lots of lights, i love the fact that they have ac **great thing to have when you are moving stuff around :) Marcel Smith was more than accommodating ... read more

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The storage units are clean. The best part: Get storage underground and get free climate control. Being underground, the temperature is nice and cool.

If you are even slightly late when paying the bill they will threaten and harass you by saying they will liquidate the stuff you stored. Save your time and effort and don't bother with these creatures.

I'm extremely disappointed in the ongoing rate manipulation and lack of transparency at Extra Space Storage. When we moved into our unit in January 2024, we were paying $70.60. Just four months later, our rate was increased to $124.60. Then, in January 2025, we received yet another massive increase to $249.20--more than triple our original rate within a single year. 1. Your billing rate will change and they will send mail to inform you of this. 2. My unit was burglarized - the lock mechanisms/door jams are cheap and easily bent with a crow bar, rendering any lock useless. If you decide to be here, do not be anywhere near an entrance or access point. 3. I left them two messages requesting more information about the burglary and no one ever called me back. 4. There is someone living on the first floor.
