Absolutely HORRIBLE with customer service on a Sunday. We rented a unit and was told here is your gate code and your lock will be inside your unit. That is it. Zero additional information. We get here with a fully loaded truck and first can not even get in the gate because the code doesn't work nor does the temporary code on their automated phone system. Someone else finally lets us in. We go and find our unit which is the COMPLETE wrong size and is also fully locked. We can't get into it it because they have a lock on it th... read more

This place is clean. However, I want to alert everyone to their pricing strategy. I was forced into storage by frustrating life circumstances. Then COVID-19 hit, making finding replacement housing very, very difficult. Over the last year, Extra Space Storage increased my storage charge by 20%!!! Inflation in 2020 is 1.2% per the government. Life is bad enough when you can't get housing, housing prices are skyrocketing and then the storage company decides that it's now time to gouge its customers. It's incredibly frustr... read more

Be careful renting here. They Luer you in with low prices and one month free. After that, they keep raising their prices without any notification to the customers. They even raise the prices during this unprecedented time when people don't have jobs and can't afford to pay rent. Good job Extra Space Storage! Other than that the facility is clean and I've had no other problems.
