The storage facility is conveniently located near the 5 freeway, it is clean and well maintained. The application processing is easy and fast. It is also convenient that they set you up on the automatic payment program as soon as you sign the contract. The best part about using this facility is that Jerale is the onsite manager. He is wonderful to work with, he is resourceful, informative and very responsible. I will not go to any other facility for storing my vehicles.

We moved our RV from a storage facility with valet service. It was well run and had good security but at Extra Space Storage we have better access to our RV and do not have to call ahead when we want to pick it up or return it. Jerale, the Manager, has been very accommodating and we are very satisfied in the short time we have stored here.

I used Extra Space Storage for just a short time, and I was completely satisfied with my experience. The person who handled setting up my rental contract was Jerale, and he is the nicest guy, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle storage needs were met in the best way possible. The facility is easy to access. It's not far from the 5, but it's on a street that doesn't have a lot of traffic. It's superbly managed and in a great location.

This storage facility is clean and secure; but, the on-site manager is what makes it special. He is friendly, courteous and very forthcoming with helpful information, while maintaining professionalism. I stored my vehicle there for about six months.

No matter how cheap of a rate, do not fall for their bait and switch practice. The fact is, they know the hassles of moving and the high costs associated with it. They run super cheap specials just to get you in, then they increase the rates anywhere from 30% to 200%, depending on the specials you fell for. I saw my bill jumped not 10, 20 or even 30%, no, try 40% after 4 months. As usual, the staff were always helpful and friendly. What a bunch of idiots running this place, gave us a code that didn't work and the staff isn't here! The number you call isn't helpful, and they just give you a code say they called the manager and the manager will never call you back. If you're in a crunch or just want to be able to get into your unit, don't come here.

Unethical Pricing Practices. Renter Beware! I prepaid a few months on their website. After prepaid months ended, they doubled the rental price. Not just small incremental increases over time, double after a few months. If I would have known this was going to happen, I would have went elsewhere. Now that all my stuff is there, it's hard to move again. I guess this industry isn't regulated.

Gate advertised hours 10pm. Arrived prior to 10 pm. Couldn't gain access. Called emergency number to assist. Got a wise guy and useless agent that could care less about customer service.

Update. Once again their misleading and unfair policies have robbed me of more money--almost an entire month of rent. I emptied the unit and removed the lock a few days after paying for the month of July. They immediately closed my account and refuse to give me a refund on a unit I am paying for through the 28th of this month. I can't even use it if I wanted to and they'll rent it to someone and collect double rent. Be aware: they will increase your rent substantially after a few months.
