Gate advertised hours 10pm. Arrived prior to 10 pm. Couldn't gain access. Called emergency number to assist. Got a wise guy and useless agent that could care less about customer service.

Update. Once again their misleading and unfair policies have robbed me of more money--almost an entire month of rent. I emptied the unit and removed the lock a few days after paying for the month of July. They immediately closed my account and refuse to give me a refund on a unit I am paying for through the 28th of this month. I can't even use it if I wanted to and they'll rent it to someone and collect double rent. Be aware: they will increase your rent substantially after a few months. Awful business model. My rent in Sept 22 $170, then 2023 $275 and June 24 $325. They say "Thats just business". The staff there now are inadequately trained to treat customers as customers.

Be careful with their bait and switch pricing. They may give you a certain price one month "to bait you into renting storage unit" and then charge more a month or two into renting. They almost doubled my price and stated "market" reasons. Tom the store manager had no empathy of situation and seemed to just care about making money, he would not issue me a credit.

This place is terrible, facility is old and decrepit. I see rats when I'm driving to my unit and traps all around. They randomly decided to raise my rate 30% as the lady who answered the phone explained it has to do with there occupancy and some other variables that have nothing to do with me. It was already overpriced but now I'm paying way above market. For the inevitable response from the company rep, I am not exaggerating your rates are way above market. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope they make this right. Called to have my unit switched to a bigger size and spoke to the representative during local phone business hours. He offered second floor for cheaper. Not having storage experience, I asked the basics, does it have a big freight elevator? Easy access? Confirmed. Sounded good. The people on the phone appear to be very kind and give you a free lock and good price to move in. What they don't tell you is that they can raise your rent at any time and as much as they like. My rent went from $150 to $205 for both of my units within the first 3 months and they can keep raising it as much as they like. I wish they would of informed of this from the beginning rather than being sneaky and not telling you in the beginning they can raise rent every month if they wanted to. I only needed to use the storage for 2 weeks because I'm in the process of moving. It was one month free, so why not? I moved a couch in one day and two days later when I was moving in more things, all of my boxes were open and $800 of my small electronics and wires were stolen. I know someone broke in because there was a wire on top of the couch and a random mask on the floor. Absolutely HORRIBLE with customer service on a Sunday. We rented a unit and was told here is your gate code and your lock will be inside your unit. That is it. Zero additional information. We get here with a fully loaded truck and first can not even get in the gate because the code doesn't work nor does the temporary code on their automated phone system. Someone else finally lets us in. We go and find our unit which is the COMPLETE wrong size and is also fully locked. We can't get into it it because they have a lock on it th... read more
