This is an awesome storage space! It is secure safe updated, there is air-conditioning to make sure your items don't get damaged. I would definitely recommend this space, and it is affordable. They also are open till 10 PM which is convenient as well

First time renting a storage and Mike was very helpful. He walked me through everything and showed me a few other unit size, the 5x5 was perfect and just what I needed. Everything looked clean and secure, first impression is always good! I highly recommend this area if you want a clean and secure storage with helpful employees who are willing to go beyond.

1st of all, I would like to say that, Kevin who is at the front desk, was amazing!!! I have quite a few storages in the area and it is the first time with Extra Space Storage and I am so very pleased, the space is more than enough then I actually need and the rates are so much lower than any other storage rentals around! AND....they actually answer the phones when you call!! Thats right! You do NOT go thru a series of automated transfers!! I have been a customer here for two years now. My experience has been excellent. The staff is extremely helpful, specially Tom who is always happy to assist. I have rented several units, sometimes upgrading or downgrading sizes based in my needs and they always assist me quickly and efficiently. The facilities are very clean. The only aspect I am not too happy is that they seem to raise the price every year. Recently during Covid they raised my fee 30% which was a big surprise. I have been a customer for 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE Extra Space Storage. The employees are super friendly, helpful, they have your best interest in mind and I've seen the same employees working there since the day I moved in (major plus). The facility itself is super clean, air-conditioned, gated and lots of security cameras. The location is perfect because it's in the heart of Irvine and Irvine is a very safe city in Orange County. I just moved into the storage space today. Mike said it would help him with his job if I wrote a five star review. He deserves it. He is pleasant guy and seemed straightforward and not drunk or high. Very helpful and fast. Extra Space Storage was a little more costly than Public Storage, but the interface/booking was easier than Public Storage; and facilities are cleaner. I have lots of money thank God, I don't mind paying more if I am getting more. Good job.
