renting units at 6401 Oak Cyn has been a smooth experience and when i buy my mobile home i will definitely rent a space here. bc, ---the place is GATED, ---regular walk-through's from a GREAT STAFF ---and VISITS to the facility from Irvine PD all help w/keeping it SAFE. hrs are great , excellent lighting , peaceful environment for moving.
Nice and clean. The price is the same as my old storage, but this place is nicer and more convenient.
I have had my belongings at extra space storage for a year where it remained clean and safe with easy access. Beyond this all the employees were friendly and accommodating, even when I needed to pay late twice. Abraham, recently guided me through my move out and helped ensure that I would be refunded, after my move out date turned out to be less than a week after I paid for a full month. I love how this location is clean, cost-friendly and convenient and everyone is helpful and friendly! I also love the bathroom access because I am usually traveling a long distance to get here. Unfortunately it is due to the long distance is why I am moving out. If I ever live closer again, I would definitely rent from them again!

Great location, extremely good follow-up on my phone call, quick email back in response to my questions. Very helpful, even reserved two possible spaces for me to look at. Gave a 4 foot oversized spot with no extra charge! Met neighbors as we were backing our trailer in and they said they were very happy after being there for almost two years. The storage facility is conveniently located near the 5 freeway, it is clean and well maintained. The application processing is easy and fast. It is also convenient that they set you up on the automatic payment program as soon as you sign the contract. The best part about using this facility is that Jerale is the onsite manager. He is wonderful to work with, he is resourceful, informative and very responsible. I will not go to any other facility for storing my vehicles.
We moved our RV from a storage facility with valet service. It was well run and had good security but at Extra Space Storage we have better access to our RV and do not have to call ahead when we want to pick it up or return it. Jerale, the Manager, has been very accommodating and we are very satisfied in the short time we have stored here.
