Needed to clear out my condo of clutter/household items before our floors are redone. My compliments to Angela who assisted getting me the perfect-sized unit and complete all the contract over the phone and email--I never had to go into the office! Brenda was wonderful. We need to storage our luggage for a day because we had to check out on Airbnb at 11 am and our fight didn't leave until 9 pm . We didn't want carry our luggage everywhere. Brenda helped with that and charged us only 52 dollars for a small storage .

Great company and even better people. People are what makes or breaks you. I have used Extra Space Storage here on Maui and in Los Angeles you years. Outstanding!!! The folks here on Maui are so helpful!!! Highly recommended them!!!

By far the best experience overall! The customer service you receive from staff and management makes it worth doing business with ExtraSpace! Mahalo to everyone there, especially Toni and Lisa! You ladies ROCK! Always friendly, helpful and quick to accommodate customer needs! The units and surrounding areas always nice, clean and safe! Definitely worth the money!! Moved from NJ to Maui and had many boxes sent directly to this Kihei branch. Frank and Angela were wonderful and could not have been any more helpful. They called us as soon as our boxes arrived each time so we could put them away in our storage unit. Great customer service from beginning to end. Thanks, Frank and Angela!

My elderly dad has been renting a unit here for a long time, and Frank is always helpful with finding us a cart, making sure my dad finds the restrooms and gets in/out of the gate o.k. ect.These guys ROCK!
