I called and within 2 min i booked the unit. The guy behind the desk was fast and had me in my unit in 10 min or less. Really a nice guy. And staff actually wave at you. Surprised for sure.
Online system is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, in my case there was a glitch necessitating going to office. When at office, the reservation was honored and everything went smoothly. Frank's Customer Service was great!
