I've used Extra Space storage for most of the 10 years I've lived on Maui. I've never had any problems with the units. They're always clean and I've never had any problems with bugs or mice which is common in storage facilities. Recently Kelly and Cher helped me out huge with my move to the mainland. They were accommodating, friendly, and understanding. They helped make a stressful situation, I was put in by a trucking company, go away with their help. I rented a 10x10 unit for a month last week and personally had nothing but positive experiences with this specific location while moving homes here on Maui so far. Anna helped my wife and I out and did a fantastic job with the process directly from the start from answering my call promptly and every question I had with complete professionalism and explained the rental agreements with no hesitation or issues. Great customer service, very polite and professional. Happy to see the office is paper free! Lots of parking and very helpful staff. Good hours too! Only complaint is how hot it is inside building C. But it is what it is, I didn't pay for AC - just a spot to store my extra stuff.

This is my second attempt at leaving a review here. It makes me mad when Yelp takes down positive reviews. I have used storage several times and this place is one of the best. The people are great and very friendly and always willing to help or answer questions. It's clean and safe and i get a great deal. I wouldnt put my stuff anywhere else.

Frank was awsome he helped me out a bunch and I would reccomend this facility to anyone I know. He knows what he is doing and made me feel like my stuff will be safe here. Great job frank. If you need storage definetaly use this facility. It is clean safe and has great access hours. Two thumbs up and 5 stars to this property and company.

I had a great experience with extra space storage. Kelli was super friendly and welcoming. she made me feel like I was making the right choice for my situation, helped me pick the perfect size unit, and made me feel like my belonging will be safe and secure at this property. She is very knowledgeable about her job had all the information I needed and made me feel like my business matters and I matter. I have been renting here for 3 years I have had no problems here. Brenda the manager has been very good to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who is not a complainer or nit picky and think they are entitled. It's funny how most of the comments are all bad because someone didn't read or understand the terms of rental agreement. dont knock something down that you voluntarily walked into . Brenda and her team do a great job and I am proud to rent at extra space.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They answered all my questions and were able to guide me in the right direction for the type of storage I needed. Very secure and clean facility is important to me and Extra Space is just this.
