Storage for the airport! It was perfect, our condo didn't offer to store our luggage and since 9/12 the airport doesn't offer lockers. We were in a bind! We rented a convertible which was fantastic but we sat with luggage on our laps and all around us. Thanks to extra space storage we were able to play all day and pick up our luggage at 10 pm just before our flight. They were friendly and easy to work with!

Excellent customer service. They called me when they found I hadn't locked the lock all of the way on our unit, just to say that they closed it up for me. Thank you!

Love this place! The customer service was excellent. Can always get a live person immediately or within one minute. They gave me a great deal, and even after I agreed to the price they saved me even another $3 a month. Their hours are awesome as well. A definite recommend - they will work with your needs, are extremely polite and patient, and all around a great experience. NO ONE likes moving it can be really frustrating, and these guys made it a lot easier!

Just so expensive to store anything in Maui, your better off selling everything like TV's etc because you can replace them cheaper than storing them.

BRENDA is the store manager & how she achieved that position is beyond me. This place is a SCAM. Brenda is probably the RUDEST person I've ever met. Her motto must be "I am always right, screw the customers". Be careful when you reserve a space online because when you show up she will say it's no longer available but try to sell you something for double the price. What a SCAM. We were robbed! Monthly rental prices have gone up considerably in the 2- 3 years that we have had our locker at this location. The deal breaker for us was when we were robbed! Our storage locker was cleaned out by the 'bad guys'. Although we were able to tell office staff the dates that this robbery likely happened, they found no evidence of the theft on their security cameras. This place is DISGUSTING roaches and mites everywhere. Had to throw away all my stuff that was ruined. Complete TRASH service lady's I office are bitchy.

We have rented a storage unit for 3 yrs. In that time, our rent has gone from $45.00 to $92.00 Then to make matters worse we found that our unit was broken in to. We are on the 2nd floor, with no survey cameras. We needed to call the police. And after the office had mentioned that there has never been a robbery there. The police officer had said its happened before. With not knowing when the unit was broken into, as we hadn't gotten into it for 2 mos, it was hard to know when this would have happened. Office staff is nice, buildings are not climate controlled. There is no clear access to the elevator. I have to make a series of left turns in a narrow hallway to load and unload . A real pain for actual usage. Elevators haven't always worked either. I was once advised I can use the stairs for loading and unloading. No way to know on your own, based on all the emergency signage saying an alarm will sound if door is opened. Motion detectors on the floor of my storage unit poorly located.
