ExtraSpace Storage in North Kihei is a conveniently located and well-maintained facility. The staff has, on several occasions, proven to be professional and friendly, eager to assist clients in any way they can. Very good customer service. Good accessibility and hand carts are normally available. Big problem is that unit prices are going up often and significantly. My unit rent has increased by 276% in 2 years which is ridiculous. Rates are based on market conditions and high demand equals high and frequent increases. This may or not be true of competing storage facilities. Computer modelling seems to drive the price analysis and resulting automatic rate increases so build that into your budget if you plan to rent for an extend... read more

We needed to use a small storage unit while downsizing and waiting for a new house and these guys were awesome. The staff are super friendly and reliable, it was never stressful to contact them and the storage units are well secured and it's not a scary place (like some storage facilities). If we need storage again I'd love to use them. The prices are alright, but it is Maui. We are very happy overall.

They had a wide variety of sizes to choose from, including a unit in the perfect size for me. People were very friendly and the rates can't be beat. Also I feel the place is safe.

Representatives were very polite, professional and personable. The premises were always clean and free of any debris. There were always multiple carts on the first floor and I never had problems with entry or exit to facility.
