Extra Space Storage on West Oaks is the best storage facility that I have ever used. It is clean, well kept, and well monitored. Steve does a fantastic job of taking care of both the customers and the facilities. Five stars!

Been at this Extra Space Storage for 3+ years now. Did a transfer downsize storage because I need a smaller unit. Worked with Steve Smith! When the management of my old storage place changed, I looked into another ExtraSpace storage facility in my area. I found the one on W Oaks Blvd and not only was the reservaruin process easy, Steve was extremely nice and helped me get into a new storage unit with ease! I'm very satisfied with the entire process and I highly recommend this ExtraSpace storage facility if you find yourself in need of a place to store your items.

Steve is awesome! Just got a storage there and needed help pulling out my couch. He was very accommodating even though it's definitely not something he had to do whatsoever. Great customer service. Would highly recommend!

The staff is extraordinary with providing excellent customer. Especially for those, like me, living out of state. Eddie, Steve and Nicole have been nothing but courteous, flexible and willing to help. I am appreciative of their time and effort working with me.

I Needed extra storage place for my mothers things. She was moved from assisted living to memory care, which was a smaller area. Steve was very helpful and found me a place with easy access. Thanks for your quick service Steve.
Have been communicating with Steve over the phone for about over a week about renting a storage space and free of charge to reserve. Finally, came in to sign the paper work and met Steve, he's been super helpful over the phone and also in person. Got a tour of the storage, place is well kept and very clean.
