We had a great experience working with Michelle. She was flexible, professional and courteous. My wife and I were in a bind trying to find a storage facility near our temporary home and Michelle came through big-time. We are very happy with the cleanliness and location of this facility. We needed some "extra space!" to declutter our house in preparation for sale. It was the closest to our house and the prices were comparable to others nearby online. Justin was so friendly and helpful helping us find a good open unit and getting everything set up. It is also very secure and clean. Would recommend to anyone who needs storage!

We are using Extra Space Storage in preparation for a move and it's a real pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. It is very clean and safe and we feel our stuff is well taken care of. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Extra Space Storage is super clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I called the number to an offsite office who set up my initial meeting and reserved a unit for me - very friendly and helpful. Then, at the facility, I met Justin, who was a very nice young man who answered all of my questions and even gave me some helpful hints (take a photo of the access code on my smart phone - GREAT HELP!), etc. Dave the manage, is also very friendly. We have had a storage unit at this facility for two months. Just got notice that next month it will be twice as much. Total bait and switch. I guess they figure if they can get you in, you won't want to move your stuff. Not the case for us. We will be out. There are plenty of other facilities that don't jack the price after two months. Additionally, there is rarely anybody in the office in spite of the posted office hours and you have to use a kiosk.

The facility is clean and looks nice, but that's where the positives end. Extra Space Storage appears to rely on a classic bait-and-switch pricing strategy. I signed up in February for a 15x5' unit advertised at $94 per month on a month-to-month agreement with an "introductory rate." What they don't clearly disclose is what your actual long-term rate will be. Bait and switch. 73% increase notice after I get moved in. Con artist. They say they review market conditions for price adjustments but they do this to all customers so this is a lie. Will seek legal remedy.

Don't waist your time renting from an Extra Space Storage. They reel you in with a low rate and then hit you with a huge increase 4 months later and then again 4 months after that. Horrible and unfair business practice.
