Great customer service! Felt very safe and the property is extremely clean! Michelle and Cade were beyond helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

We needed some "extra space!" to declutter our house in preparation for sale. It was the closest to our house and the prices were comparable to others nearby online. Justin was so friendly and helpful helping us find a good open unit and getting everything set up. It is also very secure and clean. Would recommend to anyone who needs storage!

We are using Extra Space Storage in preparation for a move and it's a real pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. It is very clean and safe and we feel our stuff is well taken care of. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Extra Space Storage is super clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I called the number to an offsite office who set up my initial meeting and reserved a unit for me - very friendly and helpful. Then, at the facility, I met Justin, who was a very nice young man who answered all of my questions and even gave me some helpful hints (take a photo of the access code on my smart phone - GREAT HELP!), etc. Dave the manage, is also very friendly. Don't waist your time renting from an Extra Space Storage. They reel you in with a low rate and then hit you with a huge increase 4 months later and then again 4 months after that. Horrible and unfair business practice.

Rented 2 storage units from this place totaling over $800 a month and paid 3 months in advance. Was late one month and we wanted to combine the two units to lower the cost but they would not let us in unless we paid the $800 plus another $400 so we had to wait another week for payday and when we returned they changed it to $1600. So another week later they added another $400 and this is what they did until it went to auction two months later! BEWARE OF STEVES NICE GUY IM YOUR FRIEND BULLSHIT! He acts like this charismatic nice guy but I feel he uses this nice guy stuff to "hoodwink" you into higher costs. Make sure you get a signed copy of your contract before you electronically sign on their computer. He makes you do this, ave you can't see the costs on the signing page on the computer screen! Office staff is professional and friendly. However, after selecting this location based on the advertised web rate, I received a notice less than 90 days later of a 30% (+$80) increase due to 'market conditions.' If the "Web Rate" is a promotional rate, then Extra Space should be transparent enough to state so clearly. If you book a hotel room at the web rate, you don't get billed the rack rate later. The pictures speak for themselves, but I wish I could give zero stars. I paid monthly for a few years to have Extra Space Storage store my housing items as I was moving a bit. I went to empty my storage unit to find my items COVERED in rat urine and poop. My mattress cover that was only two months old and in great condition was torn and covered in urine (refer to pictures). My box spring had a hole in it with rats and droppings in it.
