I rented a second unit today. The process online is easy and quick. I rented the unit in about 10 minutes and I don't have to wait in line or pick out a space when I get there. This is a great place to rent; clean, spacious and Steve - in the office - is easy to work with!

We're moving to an apartment short term and simply won't have room for all of our furniture; specifically we have a couple kayaks that will be getting some use and we wanted a facility with drive up access. Rented via the website, chose the size I needed, signed the lease, received+selected reasonable insurance options and got quick text confirmations, a map, and both the gate code and lock information. Extra Space Storage Rocklin has been amazing! The entire process was flawless from move in to move out. The customer service of the staff was exceptional and accommodating. I appreciate the care they have taken. If you need to rent a storage unit, there is no other place to look than here. You are guaranteed to be taken good care of. I use two different storage facilities in the area, and this is the better of the two for sure. Very clean, and no problems with bugs or other critters. I have a climate controlled unit, and very happy with it. I've been happy with the people who work here as well, although I'll admit that I haven't had the need to interface with them a whole lot. About the only 'nit' that I can come up with (and I had to dig deep) is their entry / exit keypad is mounted pretty low. It's designed for a regular car, I'd guess, and I would t... read more

This is my first time renting a storage unit and what a pleasant experience it was. The gal who helped me , I think Bridget, was so friendly, made it so easy. You could tell she really enjoyed what she was doing! The facility was super clean, a plus.

Easy move in process. Great customer service. Very helpful. Close to freeway. Near Whitney Ranch and Stanford Ranch areas of Rocklin.
