Shoutout to Bridgette and Michelle for taking care of us from start to finish. Michelle was very prompt in calling me when we first inquired about the rates on Yelp. Bridgette was also was very personable and showed me around when we first looked into the facilities. Michelle is awesome! She has been so helpful through out my entire time having a unit at extra space, from getting the unit last year to moving my things out recently. I was having trouble finding help removing my items, so I was a bit stressed regarding my situation. But while speaking with her, I felt like she genuinely cared about my situation and helping find me the best and most convenient options. Wonderful customer service. I had to change a couple of times because I apparently have too much stuff and they were super accommodating. Kind and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs storage space.

We want to give a shout out to this Extra Space Storage and manager Michele Jenkins. We have been customer for 2 years. Michele is great. She is friendly and helpful. The place is always kept clean and well maintained and we always feel our stuff is safe. We would recommend this location to store your belongings.

Michelle was incredible! Awesome manager. She listened to storage needs and helped me find solutions during the most difficult time in my life. The facility is really really clean! The security system and gate system is top notch- the staff really take care of the grounds- your belongings will be safe here! During a time when other businesses don't care about customer service.... This staff makes sure to take care of you!!! I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have had my storage unit here for almost 2 years. I have always had wonderful friendly service. If I've ever had a question, I have always been welcomed into the office with a smile and provided with answers. There have been several occasions where I've needed to update my card on file because it either expired or the banks issued a new one due to those new chip cards. We had a great experience working with Michelle. She was flexible, professional and courteous.
