We rented a unit on 12/31/20 @$240 a month plus insurance so $251 a month for a 10X15 drive up outside unit. We just received in the mail that based on an analysis of the market the price was being increased by 20% and our new payment will now be $299. a month. When I spoke with Steve the manager he basically said he would try and submit a request to corporate and to give him 48 hours. Reserved a unit online Saturday night. Per the emailed confirmation instructions, including confirmation number, that arrived immediately telling me to wait until the facility called and then they would send me a link to complete the lease, tell me what documents would be required etc. I did exactly that, as they were closed on Sunday, though I called Saturday night in case someone was there, and again Sunday to leave a message. I stopped by this business this morning to quickly run in and grab a price sheet then be on my way; should have taken less then a minuite. When I pulled into the parking lot I noticed an older gentleman (I'm assuming the owner since the only other car in the parking lot was a newer Audi) get up look right at me through the window. Space rent doubles after 4 months renting there, with no notification rent increased from $160.05 to $285.00 for a outside access 10×15 unit, thats insane ! So if you rent from these rip off people in 4 months expect a crazy rent hike!

I've been a customer for over 6 months and I recently saw that they were offering a lower monthly rate for the same unit I have. I pay $282 and the current rate is $219. I called and spoke to the manager and asked if she could adjust my monthly payment to the price they are now offering. She said they won't do that. Not a good way to keep customers happy.
Over priced! Price has risen 55% since we've been there! That's in 4 years time. Shop around.
