We pre-booked on March but discovered the smallest locker was too small. Staff allowed us to use the credit to get a larger locker (although it was too big based on our needs we took it). Staff took us on a tour of the space, explained the use of passcode and the elevator. They also provide your lock for your unit. The only blip I had was weeks after we rented I received an email that they were "inspecting" locks to ensure no food is being stored in the unit and they would replace our lock with a new one and send us the key?
Great location, carts always available, very friendly staff, served its purpose for us for a couple of years! My only complaint would be that our price increased to almost double within a 3 of months of enrolling, which was unfortunate and felt unfair given the recency of our sign-up.

I came in looking for a storage the other day and was helped by Brandon and Ashley, very nice people and a very clean storage facility was looking at the 5x5 units very spacious will definitely be moving in!
I've utilized many locations over the years. Staff have been helpful. Facilities are well maintained.
