RecommendedMoved from VA-AZ called once we got there and they were able to help us same day! Customer support line is also VERY helpful and informative. The workers there are absolutely the nicest! Even gave us girl scout cookies because we had our toddler running around and asked if he would like a snack which actually kept him busy! Clean units as well they’re definitely cooler than the AZ heat. Definitely coming back if we ever need it!

The young lady who helped me was both knowledgeable and quick. The facilities are easy to access, easy to maneuver, very clean and very affordable. Two thumbs up!!!

Night and Day is the phrase I think, but this place has turned around. The manager they have name is Michael and has cleaned this place up! It is safer and so much more clean!!! Thank you!!!!!! I am going to miss this manager, best to you, Michael. I hope the future for this place continues on in a positive space. I don't want to see this property slip backwards!

Everything went very smooth I live close to ESS and thought I would have to drive a ways away to get a decent deal on my unit. My Storage price was totally reasonable and with the price of fuel and to drive further, for me its not worth it. . Perfect for me!! Manager Was cool efficant and had the answers for my wuestions.lol Thanks ESS
