Great place to store. Carlos is such an awesome guy, great at his job, "The Man" at taking care of your storage needs
Just moved in a few weeks ago and must say this place is great. Hands down Adam made the move in very easy and pleasant. This facility is secured and clean and offers air conditioned units, this place is spot on. Highly recommend.
Agent was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Facility is clean. Prices are a little high. Location is convenient but could use more parking and egress to loading.
Fast, easy and convenient! I had previously rented with Extra Space Storage in Albuquerque (2014) and their customer service there was really exceptional--same here in Phoenix! The fact that you can choose from either air-conditioned or regular units makes a HUGE difference. Also, the numerous cameras monitoring the facility adds that extra layer of safety. Very nice place. Management (Carlos specifically) was awesome. Rates aren't bad. And the access time to the units are great.
By far the best storage experience I've ever had (and I've had some scary ones). From the moment I contacted them via telephone, the level of customer service has been superb. I'd use this facility over and over again if I had to and would highly recommend this faculty with no hesitation. I hear so many good things about the manager, Kimberly but never had a chance to meet her because I only used the storage space for about 2 and a half weeks. Staff was awesome and very helpful. I was able to get in and out very fast and got an awesome deal on my 5X10 unit.
Rented space here for a couple years. Clean and convenient central Phx location. Great staff. Would highly recommend.
The staff were very helpful on the phone and I had the space rented and filled within four hours of contacting them about the price - which was very reasonable. They were helpful, professional and the facility was clean and gave me the feeling that my belongings would be very safe.
