I had to use a storage facility 3 times in my life, the last one was Extra Space Storage, the experience with them was total night and day. I'm so glad that I chose to use them! The certainly made it so much easier during a time that I was going through pain in my life, especially working with Brandon, he was amazing! Above and beyond customer service...thank you Extra Space!

We've been satisfied with this storage facility. This location has been very convenient for us and the staff, particularly Brandon, has been very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns that we've had, and the air conditioned unit has kept our things in perfect condition. We look forward to keeping our things safe here!

I will say that my experience with this facility since I have been here has exceeded my expectations considering the age of the facility. I was unsure how it would work out, but I want to recognize the manager for his efforts. I see his stress at times and most recently the last few days regarding elevators and have seen him take the brunt of some customers reactions and yet, he still goes out to lend a hand without even a customer asking. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your storage needs. I have had excellent communication and service since Day 1. This facility is immaculate and conveniently located near Indian School Road and 7th. Michael in the front office is the best! I have received concierge type service from Michael and he is always upbeat and goes above and beyond to help. I am very confident my personal items are safe and secure at ESS.

Amazing customer service from Michael. He was extremely thorough going over the rental process and took the time to find a good solution for me and he was very welcoming. The value for the unit is a great deal. By far significantly less than what I was paying at another storage company. The entire property is also immaculate.

The pros: incredibly easy and seamless to set up a new unit through the web interface. No human contact required. Very competitive introductory rates. Easy access to the units, relatively clean and secure. For the price you're quoted, the value is definitely there. If you're looking for very short term storage (under 6 months), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. I walked in looking for a unit and not only was Lauren friendly but EXTREMELY helpful in helping me find the perfect one. The space is nice and affordable.
