The online reservation and rental process was extremely convenient and easy to use. Location is awesome and employees are helpful.

The property is clean and safe. The staff is more than accommodating. They have went above and beyond. It opens early and you can access late. I feel safe late too. Well it and high fencing and cameras.

Best overall value in San Diego with by far the best available hours for access and Nihaya was outstanding and very help at the Mission Valley office! 5 stars and worth every penny!

Unit was clean and easily accessed. Rental experience was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
Despite having to find a storage unit that I needed with a price that I can afford, Extra Space Storage has completed those 2 important factors for me. Even when one location did not have a unit available, they were even kind enough to call other locations to assist us until we were able to find what we were looking for. They did not have to go the extra effort in doing so, but they did in order to make sure we were taken care of.
