Great place to use for short term or long term storage. Joy and Sara were always helpful and made the rental experience very streamlined. Would recommend this business and the Team that runs the operations.

First of all, exceptional customer service over the phone, knowable, polite, just A+ couldn't be more stoked . Management could tell my boyfriend and I were a little confused as to where our storage unit was, as they were under a little construction building some more units, and just by simply watching drive to is and helped us out. Very nice, clean place, in top of being affordable.

Be ready for lots of awkward slopes and ramps if you're moving large items around. Also a great layout for an exit gate on a high hill (sarcasm) that makes it difficult for two vehicles to pass one another when entering/leaving (especially if you're coming down the hill and trying to leave) talk about awkward 25 point turns. And as usual with almost any storage facility, rates constantly go up for no apparent rhyme or reason other than they fact that' they can just raise the rate whenever they want. First time getting a storage unit, Phil was great and made the process quick and easy. I was feeling a lil overwhelmed but he made it very clear and easy to understand. I appreciate the place being in a nice area and being gated.

Great storage place to store your contents. Nihaya was awesome and amazing in helped me and my crew in my emergency storage needs for a flood that happened to our customers.she did the most amazing job to get my storage needs in such a time like this so thank you for all the hard work you went through to get my storage

This is single handed the best experience I have ever had moving into a storage unit. The process is seamless, handled through the website at a competitive rate and the customer service I have had has been phenomenal. Nihaya is the BEST, amazing customer service, friendly, and helped work with my schedule to ensure I could get the size unit I required. 10/10 would defenitely recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit :)
