Despite having to find a storage unit that I needed with a price that I can afford, Extra Space Storage has completed those 2 important factors for me. Even when one location did not have a unit available, they were even kind enough to call other locations to assist us until we were able to find what we were looking for. They did not have to go the extra effort in doing so, but they did in order to make sure we were taken care of.

* Convenient location for us * Great customer service so far * Clean * Good security * Got a great online deal for what we wanted - The mandatory insurance was not part of the price listed, so that was a bit of a surprise; but the pricing was still reasonable with the insurance. - The location we got is awkwardly located where you'd have to carry your stuff for couple of steps before you can put it in a cart, but not a big deal, still works for us. - Overall, the place works great for our needs with the amount we wanted to... read more

I have furniture and a vehicle to store. At first the furniture was going to be at one location and the vehicle at another. By luck a spot opened for my vehicle at the furniture location. I was called immediately to make the change.

Nihaya was very helpful during the application process. When it was time to move our items in, she took us to our unit and had everything ready for us. We’ve been to the storage a few times and every time we see Nihaya, she always acknowledges us and is very friendly.

Nihyra, the manager at Easy storage was very friendly and helpful. She showed me around and gave me tips on how to move my stuff, and how to get out of the facility.

I have rented a storage unit at the Extra Space on Friars Road twice now. Their facilities are clean and they always have excellent customer service. They have great options for renting units in a contactless manner, and I'm so impressed by how they've handled concerns surrounding COVID. In all of my encounters with Extra Space, their customer service always shines through.
