I have furniture and a vehicle to store. At first the furniture was going to be at one location and the vehicle at another. By luck a spot opened for my vehicle at the furniture location. I was called immediately to make the change.

Nihaya was very helpful during the application process. When it was time to move our items in, she took us to our unit and had everything ready for us. We’ve been to the storage a few times and every time we see Nihaya, she always acknowledges us and is very friendly.

I have rented a storage unit at the Extra Space on Friars Road twice now. Their facilities are clean and they always have excellent customer service. They have great options for renting units in a contactless manner, and I'm so impressed by how they've handled concerns surrounding COVID. In all of my encounters with Extra Space, their customer service always shines through.
