This place used to be Lock it Lockers and the employees then were awesome and customer service oriented. Now its Extra Space Storage, and believe me it's NO Lock it Lockers. New employees are not customer service oriented. They have attitudes though will play act all friendly at first. Once you sign up though, your are nothing and they will not go out of their way with you for ANYTHING! Don't listen to new customers because they don't know any better. Horrible customer service..gentleman by the name of Beau answered the phone as I was inquiring about a 10x25 unit to store my vehicle. Asked a simple request to pull my classic vehicle in dude the vehicle being valued at a high dollar amount, and Beau with his condescending attitudes said "ummmm nope" I'm not ok with you pulling your vehicle in there unless you are going to rent it.
