It's a very clean storage unit even sometimes I do smell piss near by and my belongings are always been safe...But dislike the fact I have to pay more every 6 months...I pay my storage bill always on time and I think it's time to change storage place...

I absolutely will advise you not to Go with this company. I reserved a unit, had my apartment all packed ready to move in to the unit. Come to find out, they gave my reservation to someone else. What is the point of a reservation then? Their staff was useless. The property manager told me "I should have gotten it sooner". I needed a unit with a large door to move in furniture so I asked if there was anything they can do. Keep in mind all the units left with the same size I requested only has smaller doors. NOT COOL! I received an email stating that another person was the main contact and I was the alternative. That was at 12:43pm. By 1:09pm, another email stated to sign to confirm the changes. So, I call the Extra Space Storage Customer service line and I ask them what's going on? The rep informs me that I am not the primary and I am not able to make changes, unless I go in there with the primary contact with ID's. Just got a message from someone who read my review who is having the same issue. They are all crooks, I tried to reach out to the CEO and other members of the board to no avail, not even an apology.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! You get what you pay for & the rental price is very low...so is the the computer service and apparently the employees who run it. Every other month the computer system or the employees screw up and the auto pay doesn't work and they expect us to come down there & pay it in person. If the rent wasn't so cheap we would remove our stuff. As soon as we have a bigger place we will!
