Shamond Hill was amazing and very helpful! Stayed with us through every step and answered every question we had. The facility is nice, clean and easy to navigate through.

You guys need more than 1 person working at your facility, went there 3x today& it was more than 3 people ahead of me, with 1 of your employees working, left came back the 4th time&2people ahead of me. So I think you need more employees

My husband and I were searching for a small storage asap and went to a couple other storages and the prices were too high for us. We went to Extra Space Storage on Main St. in Carson but they didn't have any smaller storages available so the employee referred us to their other location on PCH. Rosie Manning the Assistant Manager provided excellent customer service to us. She was very polite and showed us the storage we would be renting out. I came back to say I finally was compensated for the loss of my Electric Scooter and I'm glad that I was. If you're going to use this particular Storage, make sure you get Insurance even if you don't feel that you need it. It's best to be safe than sorry.

Storage was broken into. They didn't tell me I had had their special lock before hand. I'll lost some very personal things that did not have any value to anyone but me heirlooms plus about $5000 worth of fees I can replace. I am 100% sure it's the employees there who are doing the stealing not the customers I recommend to not use this facility.
