The gentleman working until 6 today gave me the best customer service I've had in a really long time. I came in rite before closing around 5:30pm after struggling on a third party site and then finding success on the direct one. When I walked in the place was super clean and it smelled really good too. I wish I remembered the guys name but he found all these reservations I had opened up online and consolidated them down to one. Helped with a refund because I paid twice on accident. I came in with little to no knowledge on how to obtain a storage. Marsha greeting me at the door very generously and directed me to Shamond who then took the time to show me each unit with no hesitation and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this storage place

I have a storage unit at this facility. I contacted Richard and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He walked me through all the process and explained everything clearly to me. Today, Thursday morning 8/25/2022 9:45am Shamond H. Thank you, for being and having professional customer service skills, in my crisis. Thanks, making time to walk with me inside my unit to assess my unit damage and my complaints about rodents, and all the poo and piss everywhere. Lots of damage to my stuff.

I had the best experience at this place. To begin with it's clean and very well kept. The online reservation process was a breeze. Once I arrived to access my unit, Dana was there to help me every step of the way. I had a minor issue with a payment transaction (caused by me) and Dana took quick action, within a few business days she was able to solve the problem. She was great at following up and was a big help when I ran into that payment issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.
