I'm between moving and popped in at a friends suggestion. Richard the assistant manager helped my family with the information and was professional as he explained and broke down how it all worked, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

The gentleman working until 6 today gave me the best customer service I've had in a really long time. I came in rite before closing around 5:30pm after struggling on a third party site and then finding success on the direct one. When I walked in the place was super clean and it smelled really good too. I wish I remembered the guys name but he found all these reservations I had opened up online and consolidated them down to one. Helped with a refund because I paid twice on accident. Shamond was of great help and accurately broke down all the fine details such as promotions getting started everything was great
I came in with little to no knowledge on how to obtain a storage. Marsha greeting me at the door very generously and directed me to Shamond who then took the time to show me each unit with no hesitation and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this storage place
Shamond was well versed with the information I needed to obtain my storage unit. He walked through every step thoroughly and was easy to understand and speak with.
I have a storage unit at this facility. I contacted Richard and I was very pleased with his professionalism. He walked me through all the process and explained everything clearly to me. He did not rush me like other people I felt with at other storage units in the past. I am very happy I came across this place.
