I just want to say thank you to Julio for accommodating me and staying past normal business hours. I reserved online and tried to close the deal in person the same day, but the drive from DTLA to Wilmington took forever. I got there 3 minutes before closing, and he took the time to show me the unit and even made suggestions on what could save me some money. I wish all customer service anywhere were like that...
Excellent customer service! Thanks Julio for expediting the visit and the process. I had two specials to chose from and Julio helped me chose the right one based on the amount of time needed for the rental space. The rentals have high ceilings, surveillance, and the access times are great. Great price point as well!
I wanted to leave a review because I feel like it's much needed. I'm Michael Davila I been a customer for 2 months everyone made my stressful moving process extremely smooth. I'm super grateful for Julio he knows his stuff from start to finish. He quoted me on prices that best fits the amount of furniture I had and was able to get me a storage locker close to the door so it was such a hassle to unpack the truck! Came here with a reservation...on Saturday I was helped as ordered I came in.. about 15 minutes of waiting.. I was showed the unit I came to look at..the storage place look cleaned and gated with cameras.. the staff did great job showing me two more units.. unfortunately I returned later that day but the unit I liked was taken....I liked how they had the free month special... But I know is a business I would recommend bringing your own lock and boxes it can get pricey if you're on a budget plus insurance..which is recommend... read more
