Friendly and great customer service, and they are all very kind. They check all the keys to make sure all are locked correctly. If not, they will give you a call! I needed to change the size of storage I have been renting, all the staff helped me through all the process very patiently. They showed me some different size options of storages and walked around with me. So thank you.

Mrs Eva, was amazing!!! I went to Extra Space Storage to rent a storage unit. Where I met Mrs Eva, who assisted me with my storage unit. She had great customer service, she was very informative about the different size of units and which unit would be the best size for me. In this day and age, I'm extremely appreciative when a person has a positive attitude. Thanks again Mrs. Eva will surely recommend (ESS) to my family and friends that needs a storage unit.

We came in today to downsize our rental storage. Met with Eva the manager. She was professional and super helpful. They have great deals here! I would recommend if you need to talk to someone about getting a storage unit, to see Eva !

Awesome staff, they're always super friendly and make me feel welcomed and safe. the units are great for the price and so much space. I send all family and friends to this location and they all love it here. this location is very clean and comforting.

Very profesional and the facility is always clean. It is a safe environment, even for a public place. There parkings are always rented! It means it is in a good location and security is better than other facilities.
