I've had to revise my review. I called today about my reservation that Debbie made me for June 17, 2023 and the employee who answered the phone told me that she doesn't see me reservation. I wanted to lock in the rate I saw but they gave away my reservation. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have no trust in the management and would like them to make this right, as promised, as soon as possible.

I've been renting here for the past year and a couple of months ago I went into my unit and when I opened the door, I noticed a majority of my work equipment was missing. In total, $45,000 worth of equipment that I use for my business. It has made a huge mess of my life, finances, and work. My father was renting a large unit here for quite some time. On September 21st, he committed suicide unexpectedly. My father had nothing left other than what was in his storage unit, as he was homeless shortly before passing. He always paid on time, and had actually already paid his unit through mid October. Minimal security cameras in hallways. AC is turned on to bare minimum in second floor. Rude hard staff!! Requested to use facilities dolly, and was instructed to go and find them. After the introduction price, it is only a few dollars for new smart facility down the road with friendly staff and far better security.

I understand that it's a difficult time during Covid, but this review has nothing to do with that. This has to do with bait and switch. I was Paying $125 per month for my 10x15 unit and that included insurance. ($114 plus $11 a month for insurance) starting February 2020 The unit is upper floor, far from elevator and only has a small access door. It's been a little over a year since I started renting my unit at Extra Space Storage. This location is very convenient in the Rhodes Ranch Town Center. NOT THRILLED. I have two units here. The 1st unit i got in Mid March 2020. During Pandemic. The 2nd unit right around Mid May. We have not even been with them a year and they are increasing the prices. People are still having tough times. This is a sign that EXTRA STORAGE SPACE IS GREEDY. If I could take away this one star just so that it can be no star I would. This place By far has the worst customer care I ever experienced . I was actually helping out a friend of mine to get some of his belongs out of the storage because I have a pick up truck. Once we loaded up my truck.
