WARNING TO ANY INTERESTED CUSTOMERS: DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS FACILITY. After my horrendous experience with ExtraSpace, I will make sure to never rent a storage unit from this company or this specific facility ever again. Security is pretty much nonexistent here except for a couple cameras at the front of the building. There is only one employee manning the front desk TOPS, and most of the time they're in the back room or they're not paying much attention to what's going on. Update: after our trailer got broken into for the second time (this time, things were stolen from the outer compartments and they got inside the trailer somehow and stuff was all moved around) we quickly got our trailer out of there. We've been in a new spot for about 3 months that has actual security on site, and we've had no problems so far. As other reviews mention- they will raise your rates constantly, and they are in a horrible location with multiple break ins. Do not recommend

I give this place 0 stars. They raised my rate 2x in less than 2 years. Not to mention I was robbed. Someone stole my belongings and the management did nothing but slammed a 1800 number in my face and told me to shush, Every time I go into the place someone new is working there and they only have 1 gate working! The person that changed my lock and was supposed to send me a picture of my belongings mysteriously doesn't work there anymore. Hmm...

I've had to revise my review. I called today about my reservation that Debbie made me for June 17, 2023 and the employee who answered the phone told me that she doesn't see me reservation. I wanted to lock in the rate I saw but they gave away my reservation. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have no trust in the management and would like them to make this right, as promised, as soon as possible.

I've been renting here for the past year and a couple of months ago I went into my unit and when I opened the door, I noticed a majority of my work equipment was missing. In total, $45,000 worth of equipment that I use for my business. It has made a huge mess of my life, finances, and work. My father was renting a large unit here for quite some time. On September 21st, he committed suicide unexpectedly. My father had nothing left other than what was in his storage unit, as he was homeless shortly before passing. He always paid on time, and had actually already paid his unit through mid October. Minimal security cameras in hallways. AC is turned on to bare minimum in second floor. Rude hard staff!! Requested to use facilities dolly, and was instructed to go and find them. After the introduction price, it is only a few dollars for new smart facility down the road with friendly staff and far better security.
