I am renting a space at this location. I went into the office to meet the manager. She was not there when I initially began my rental. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. We had a short conversation regarding my contract and many notations were verified during of my first meeting. I am new to Extra Storage and I feel it is the right decision. Worst storage facility I have EVER! Our storage unit was broken into Our rates go up like every month. And now my father passed away, I got behind on my payment, I know there process, so I made the payment in full with late fees on the last day I could before they CUT MY LOCK, to "PREPARE" for auction Then they put a lock on and charged me $35 for it. Choose this place for location a couple of years ago. We understand that rates can change but we were not pleased with the one we were paying or that the exit gate did not work for a year and we had to drive back to the other gate and get out and go out the side door, put in the code and then quickly go thru the door and get back into your car. WARNING TO ANY INTERESTED CUSTOMERS: DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS FACILITY. After my horrendous experience with ExtraSpace, I will make sure to never rent a storage unit from this company or this specific facility ever again. Security is pretty much nonexistent here except for a couple cameras at the front of the building. There is only one employee manning the front desk TOPS, and most of the time they're in the back room or they're not paying much attention to what's going on. Update: after our trailer got broken into for the second time (this time, things were stolen from the outer compartments and they got inside the trailer somehow and stuff was all moved around) we quickly got our trailer out of there. We've been in a new spot for about 3 months that has actual security on site, and we've had no problems so far. As other reviews mention- they will raise your rates constantly, and they are in a horrible location with multiple break ins. Do not recommend

I give this place 0 stars. They raised my rate 2x in less than 2 years. Not to mention I was robbed. Someone stole my belongings and the management did nothing but slammed a 1800 number in my face and told me to shush, Every time I go into the place someone new is working there and they only have 1 gate working! The person that changed my lock and was supposed to send me a picture of my belongings mysteriously doesn't work there anymore. Hmm...
