RecommendedWe live out of the country and we had an issue with our lock. Ava took great care of us and made us feel comfortable with her professionalism and kindness. It’s difficult to trust people and especially from a long ways away. But she made the process easy and I know I don’t have to worry my things are safe.

Is so far the best experience I had in storages, clean, smell great, customer service is the best, helpful and responsive. The manager Eva Is absolutely the best, always she smiles and she is very thoughtful towards customers. Awesome!

I called today about my reservation that Debbie made me for June 17, 2023 and the employee who answered the phone told me that she doesn’t see me reservation. I wanted to lock in the rate I saw but they gave away my reservation. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have no trust in the management and would like them to make this right, as promised, as soon as possible.
I've been renting here for the past year and a couple of months ago I went into my unit and when I opened the door, I noticed a majority of my work equipment was missing. In total, $45,000 worth of equipment that I use for my business. It has made a huge mess of my life, finances, and work. my friend had her locked trailer stolen along with other people's units broken into. managment was very rude and NOT helpful one bit. Manager acted like she was being inconvenienced by whole ordeal. The manager Jessica stayed in the office with door locked and shaded drawn the whole time
