Storage space was always good, we added stuff many times. Always nice people in office. Clear building. Elevator worked good. I used it over 8 years. The price has gone up ! Thanks for great service!

Is so far the best experience I had in storages, clean, smell great, customer service is the best, helpful and responsive. The manager Eva Is absolutely the best, always she smiles and she is very thoughtful towards customers. Awesome!

Rene took care of my storage needs and wasted not time getting everything ready to set up my account. Very helpful and patient. Eve made sure my gate code worked properly to be able to get in and out of the building. Two great assets for extra storage space. Thank you ladies.

Easy to set up, friendly office staff, secure facilities. The manager at the downtown location is amazing. We've had a unit there for over 2 years and they are always a super helpful and pleasant.

Ava the manager was very helpful after I moved out and my credit card got charged for another months rent. She made sure that I got credited back and that my card was taken out of the system. It was very easy doing business with Extra Space Storage. I would definitely recommend and use them again. They have very clean and cool storage areas. Thank you Paul

Had a great experience working with Jessica at the Durango location. I found this by searching the web and filling out the reservation request online. Jessica promptly followed up with a phone call answering a couple questions. She sent the contract link via email that was signed electronically online and we were all set. Great experience so far!

Great customer service. Quick and easy process to get an uncovered parking space for our boat at an exceptional price for the area/location! Right down the street from our house. Jessica was a great help, told us exactly what we needed to bring to get a spot.

It was a very easy experience coming in and getting my storage. I was greeted and was dealing with the storage facility manager who was very nice and knowledgeable. She was able to show me the exact location and the exact storage unit that I would be purchasing and made the process very easy and quick. The storage facility is very clean and she made sure to take the correct protocol during this pandemic so far I've had an enjoyable experience.
