Well. Not the review I ever thought I'd have to make - and not for the business. Getting a storage after my mom just passed away. I will say extra space storage so far has been very good, price point is ok, access seems easy and decent, and Esmeralda made my experience very painless and to the point. Appreciate her very much.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words about Esmeralda and our service during this difficult time, Corey. We understand that needing storage under these circumstances is never easy, and we're grateful that Esmeralda made your experience painless. We're here to support you, and glad Extra Space Storage could help when you needed it most.
Esmeralda was helpful in assisting and touring facilities. Went ahead and rented storage at this crusader street location. Clean and plenty of parking
I been renting my own storage almost for seven months and my experience has been very satisfactory! They have ac inside, the staff is friendly and really knowledgeable and also they have restrooms inside which it is really convenient when I am going with my kids ! Thank you Extra Space for the great service and the great price I received from you guys!

This location has been a home for my things since 2022 and has been the cleanest and best ran location I've ever stored at !
Business response:
We are thrilled to hear you've found us the cleanest and best ran location since 2022!
Love it here. Got a good deal on a large storage and been here over a year now. Place is clean, easy to get in and out, opens early and closes late everyday from 6am to 10pm. One thing, I recommend the upper levels, only people with upper units can use the elevator, so it feels more secure. Definitely worth it.
Business response:
Thank you for sharing your positive experience at Extra Space Storage. We're glad to hear you're satisfied with our facilities and services.
Joe and Matt at Extra Storage's was great in assisting us with all of our needs and was very knowledgeable. They were very professional an answered all of our questions.
