Awful! They took over the facility from StorQuest and it's been downhill since! I got a postcard in the mail saying they're upping my rate $100 more! Now the parking lot is always dirty and the bathroom is filthy! The gate stays half open a lot of times so your stuff is not secure. When you're only a few days late they restrict your code to force you to pay them. Just an awful overall take over! StorQuest was better. Extra Space loves price gouging! Stay away from this company!

WARNING! Stay away! After extra space took over for a StorQuest. This facility has gone down the drain. they removed all the signs in the bathroom stating that if the bathroom was not clean to ask any of the employees and they would be cleaned. now you could never even find paper in there and today I found hair all over the sink & the wall. I was walking up to my unit last night, and I even saw a roach. If there's one there is a colony somewhere. Definitely moving out and looking for a new storage facility. The staff is horrible. I had no idea of the change in company, didn't open the ONE email they sent because I don't use this company and was 13 days late for a payment (even though I was on auto pay and had been making on time payments for the last year I was under storquest) Esmeralda the "manager" told me "you should've opened the email and you would've known" horrible customer service and hung up on me after I become overly frustrated at her lack of help and use... read more
