Definitely moving out and looking for a new storage facility. The staff is horrible. I had no idea of the change in company, didn't open the ONE email they sent because I don't use this company and was 13 days late for a payment (even though I was on auto pay and had been making on time payments for the last year I was under storquest) Esmeralda the "manager" told me "you should've opened the email and you would've known" horrible customer service and hung up on me after I become overly frustrated at her lack of help and use... read more
