Staff was all nice and approachable. The location is good but the only thing i can complain is that they don't have enough trolley on site. Especially on weekends and late afternoon where people are out from work and moving their stuff in the storage . I have to wait 2 hours or carry my things by hand one on one to get someone's trolley after they move.

Extra Space Storage has been a blessing to me. They go above and beyond to help in your storage needs. I had two spaces of storage for twenty plus years. Esmerelda from ESS Cerritos helped me to combine the two into one saving me money. I can't say how much I appreciate her help and service. Extra Space Storage, Cerritos was heaven sent. I love this place, Richard and Angel really helped me during a hard time. It's really hard knowing what to do after a loss, but they help made this step extremely easy. I hope anyone who goes though hard things, have people like them to ease those difficult things.

StorQuest left the building and Extra Space Storage took over. So far my experience has been good. I've been able to get calls from the reps here about my account being past due because they had cleaned out the system of all auto payments. I also came to visit and they were through with the information I asked for. This is a great space to store your items and I'm glad I'm with Extra Space now.

This Extra Space location opened recently after taking over from StorQuest. Facility is clean and well lit inside, and climate control seems to be working well. Worked with Richard who was extremely helpful and informative regarding options and costs. Recommend going here for storage needs if in the Cerritos/Bellflower/Lakewood areas.
Some are nice some are not. I have more than one unit here. All with different due dates. When one is late all of them are denied access. So making the long drive out here is a waste of time and money. Can't access at all. The people in the office don't always know enough to give you a day code to access. I have the app. Again access is denied even though the unit is current and not due for 3 more weeks
