StorQuest left the building and Extra Space Storage took over. So far my experience has been good. I've been able to get calls from the reps here about my account being past due because they had cleaned out the system of all auto payments. I also came to visit and they were through with the information I asked for. This is a great space to store your items and I'm glad I'm with Extra Space now.

This Extra Space location opened recently after taking over from StorQuest. Facility is clean and well lit inside, and climate control seems to be working well. Worked with Richard who was extremely helpful and informative regarding options and costs. Recommend going here for storage needs if in the Cerritos/Bellflower/Lakewood areas.

Robbery weekend of 4/18!!! Management can not provide or confirm exact date or time. Provided different information in person vs. Voice mail left. They did not have cameras in all areas. Imo inside job. Isolated unit robbed w no footage. Caution!!!!!

0 stars if I could. If you have the same problem as I did dispute it with your bank and please pay attention to what they are charging you!! My husband and I were moving, we rented a storage unit dec 28th and paid for it. The next day dec 29th, we were to move in. We ended up not needing the storage unit so I called on jan 5th to cancel it and get a refund because I was within the 7 days. The lady I spoke with, said she cancelled it and that I would get a full refund. She said she understood completely and she was so apolo... read more

Some are nice some are not. I have more than one unit here. All with different due dates. When one is late all of them are denied access. So making the long drive out here is a waste of time and money. Can't access at all. The people in the office don't always know enough to give you a day code to access. I have the app. Again access is denied even though the unit is current and not due for 3 more weeks

F*ck this storage spot. Units have been getting stolen & ransacked for the past 7 months (including mine recently) & they haven't done a single thing about it. When asked to check the cameras they make some excuse of them "not being faced the right way" & i call bullshit. How is it that this has happened so many times & nothing be resolved? I went to drop some things off last month & it was completely fine & when i went back yesterday there was a whole new lock. The location is amazing but unfortunately, several times you might not get no access to your unit because the elevator might not work or the door might be locked and this happens specially after office hours or Sunday night when you speak with someone in the office to notify them, they promise they will give you some credit that doesn't get credited and then you have to follow up on that.
