I just started my account with the Life Storage in Aliso Viejo in California and everyone I've talked to has been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Brent checked me in yesterday and was very patient with me to make sure I received the online discount when I initially made a reservation. He and (I think Eric?) were both helpful when I came in person, once to look at the units available and again yesterday when I paid for getting my account started. I had looked at a handful of storage facilities in my area, and was so thrilled to come across Life Storage. It was by far the cleanest, and I felt the safest and most secure on their property. The customer service was also great. They were so patient and just went above and beyond to meet my needs at a price that was affordable to me. Highly recommend!

We are downsizing and wanted to store a few items. This Life Storage location is just a few minutes from our new home. We've never had a storage unit before and though the process of signing up is detailed and long, Mike was very helpful, explained all the logistics, and made the process easy. The facility is spotless too! The fact that we can drive there in 5 minutes when we want to is great as well. Mahopac NY location is convenient sand has the best price in the area. They took the time on a rainy day to show me how to operate the lift since my unit is on the second floor. Check in was easy. Would recommend it to all.
