Kimberly at the San Jose, CA location went above and beyond in taking the time to help me determine if the storage unit I reserved online had the appropriate dimensions for my needs. Johnny was friendly and efficient in getting through all of the paperwork. The storage facility is clean and secure. So glad I found this place!

I cannot express enough how wonderful Cary is at the Route 31 Clay/Cicero NY branch. She was so helpful and so thorough with explanation. She took her time with us to make sure we understood everything. She made everything seamless! The office and units were clean. No musty smells. We are comfortable with storing our items! I highly recommend!!

I rented a unit last month in Matawan, NJ and I would like to comment on the Store Manager, Reggie J******. He is very professional and courteous with outstanding customer service skills. He is very thoughtful by explaining the process of renting with Life Storage and covering all details. I rented a storage unit at **** Robinhood Rd in Winston-Salem, NC. Leona helped make the process smooth and clear, and she was very kind. The place was very clean, and I detected no moisture nor smells of mold and mildew. I feel good about leaving my belongings in their hands while I travel the world. Good price too!

I recently rented another unit from Liz at the Life Storage, 2807 W. Michigan Ave., Pensacola, FL... she was very quick, efficient and such a pleasure to work with. This is my second unit and I find this location to be very clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Liz is also a wonderful representative for Life Storage. I appreciate her service.

Excelente customer service! Jocie was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had made a reservation online for a storage unit and the space was too small. After making the changes to a bigger one, Jocie talked to the manager about the online specials and I am so grateful that the manager kept the online specials for me, it saved me a lot!! The facility was clean, as well as the unit that I got. Thank you so much!!

Karla is a great asset to the business. After a hurricane and loosing so much. I felt. She went that extra mile to make me comfortable and met my needs to the Max. Highly recommend the storage facility. Karla will ease you mind and give you faith that your going to be taken care of the best she can.
