The Niceville Florida location is very well managed and run. The staff couldn't be more friendly, informative and helpful. The monthly rental is 1/5th of what I've paid for the same sized unit in Miami and Maine. Place is spotless and I highly recommend it if you're looking for storage space.
I have seen many storage facilities & I must say Life Storage really impressed me. This is the cleanest storage I have ever seen, everything operates easily & it's functionality is great! Wide well lit isles, plenty of carts, magnetic door holds and a feeling of security while loading & unloading. I can't forget Charles, if it wasn't for his phone call to me after I cancelled my reservation I never would have known what a great facility this is. Ty Charles!
I spoke with 4 different local storage companies but it was Susan at Life Storage who really went above and beyond, she's been brilliant to work with especially since I was new to storage and she really took the time to help me get setup and feel comfortable. I'm really thrilled with Life Storage and the customer service from Susan, thank you!

Life Storage is premier The management is Caring & Making sure the property is safe. Belongings need to be monitored with new incoming clients - Nothing that is a combustible item ever and no chemicals. Please make sure the video is digital and the latest technology Lenna and Rob great team members Hicksville New York is always immaculate- floors & lighting - With the risk management - LS should make the units only available. 6AM - 6PM - daily
