Love this place, super accommodating. Used them a few months back at a different location. I am now at the Duncan Perry Road location in Arlington. This is the second time I have used Life Storage and I also have a friend who uses multiple units. The service the first time was A+. Great customer service, easy in and out. Staff made the stress off of a very stressful situation easier and the rates are great. This time I rented a unit a few days ago and worked with Alex. She was super helpful, we had a great conversation and she made it so easy. I will always use Life Storage and often recommend it to friends!

From The day I made my reservation, the customer service was great. The store manager, Angela who is the manager at the military road location in Niagara Falls called me after I made the reservation to introduce herself. Yesterday, I went in to pay for the unit after having a horrible day at work. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was friendly, funny, explained everything in detail, and ensured I was completely satisfied every step of the way. I left feeling like a valued customer!
