Good communication
I needed a storage unit and one was available on the ground floor which was perfect. The storage facility is a very clean place I was impressed.

Judi Daly is an outstanding employee. She went above and beyond to help us. We showed up ten minutes before closing and she stayed to show us around and get the papers signed.
