Dave assisted me and he was amazing ! We started the process over the phone and his customer service was FANTASTIC, Then when I got to the actual faculty he was super helpful and informative !

The storage unit was clean, accessible, plenty of carts, helpful folks in the office. I can’t say enough. My only issue was the cost. When I scaled back and could go from a 10x15 to a 5x5 unit, I was told the fee would be $100 per month. I found a nearby unit and am paying $55 per month. While it is not climate controlled, it is indoors and the temp stays steady between 55-60 degrees. So, I moved due to cost.
Everyone was so kind, helpful, thorough, happy to help, and a delight to interact with. Excellent experience.
The facility was clean and attractive. The managers, Chris and Diana, were welcoming and professional in their manner. They demonstrated warmth . They could clearly explain operation of the system and patiently answered all questions. Ine3z C. Friedman

This is the most organized, clean, well kept storage facility I have ever seen. The one staff (Chris) was very professional, respectful, patient and friendly. He made the entire process painless. I would recommend this storage facility to any and every one.
