Needed to store for a couple of months due to a local move. Have used storage places in the past. The people at Ez storage were great. Overly acomadading. Even let us use there truck to move our stuff out. I have recommended them and would definitely use them again.
Chris was very quick to respond to my email and very helpful with information regarding the rental of my unit. I was very surprised how bright and clean everything was.
After our 11 years of storage experience only at this location with never a complaint, this volunteered review is an expression of appreciation. In a word, the on-site management team of Diana and Chris, with staff member Judy, is outstanding by every measure. Every member of management is competent, courteous, mature and hardworking. Absolutely recommend! Very clean, secure, affordable and amazing customer service. Having the moving vans is a big plus as well!
This is the third time we have dealt with EZ storage at this location. Each time seems to get better and better. And the first was excellent! The facility is clean ,brightly lit ,accessible ,and feels very safe. However it is the managers Chris and Diana that make this EZ storage facility in Elkins Park such a gem. They are clear in the rules and regulations , while being friendly. Always professional you feel they have your best interest as a tenant in the forefront. I was very pleased as always. I have been renting a unit from this location off and on for about 12 yrs now and Diane, Chris and the other associate are always helpful and courteous.

Excellent facility and excellent management and staff. I had my items in this location for ten years (wow I didn't realize it was that long). The facility was safe, clean and the staff was simply amazing!!! In the ten years I have rented from them, I've only seen management change one time and the new management is by far the most awesome team ever.
